Checkout Steps Delivery
You may want to compare the time, cost and location, when deciding the delivery.
1) Send to your place
TIME: For local buyer, it usually takes 2-3 days to send to your home, office or any place you want in Hong Kong (At most 5 working days for some special situation). For international buyer, the delivery time is about 1-3 weeks, and still depended on the countries sending to.
COST: For local buyer, min shipping fee is 1kg ($30), for every extra 500g ($6). For International buyer, our system will calculate it for you.
LOCATION: The Delivery will send to your place, home or office; you do not have to leave your area, but it need someone to be there to receive.

2) Pick up at our store
TIME: Items will be available on the next (working) day. We open from 2pm - 11pm almost everyday, locate at Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. For better arrangement, please let us know your schedule date and time for picking up your items. 7 days after order is completed, the items may be transferred, that you need to reschedule another pick up time.
COST: 100% Free, no charge. Feel free come to visit us.
LOCATION: Painkiller Boardgame, Rm1301, 13/F, Grandmark, 8A-10 Granville Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, HKSAR. Google Map. If you will pass around Tsim Sha Tsui shortly, this could be the best option.

3) Send to EF Locker, SF store, Circle-K, 7-11, etc. (Hong Kong only)
TIME: Items will be available in 2 to 3 days. After notice message send, there are 24 - 48 hrs to keep the items before customers pick up.
COST: Same as deliver to address. Min shipping fee is $1kg ($30), for every extra 500g ($6).
LOCATION: A lot of choices. Most of those could be available for picking up anytime 24hrs. For details, please check the list here-
