Shipping policy
LOCAL:
Orders placed with full payment settled will be shipped on or before next working day. (excluding holidays)
All local orders are shipped via SF Express. Rates will depends on the overall weight & the delivery location.
Finally shipping time will depends on stock and inventory as well, in some situation.
INTERNATIONAL:
Orders placed with full payment settled will be shipped within 2-5 business days from the day of order (excluding holidays).
All international orders are shipped via Hongkong Post, SF Express or any Hong Kong express delivery provider. Rates will depends on the overall weight & the country.
Most orders arrive within 1-3 weeks from the day of order, arrival date are determined by destination at point of purchase and shipping method. (excluding holidays)
Remarks: Please be aware that International deliveries may be charged import duties and taxes on receipt of your package in some countries.
RETURN
Within 7 days after receiving the product, if the product has serious problems, please contact us, we will arrange a solution as soon as possible.
If the product damage is not caused by a major defect in production, but it is caused by improper handling or use, we will not accept the return application.
The returned goods must not be used.
REJECTED SENDING
If package is returned, because
1) the address was incomplete or incorrect
2) customer refused to accept it
3) customer didn't pick up at the collection point within time limit
4) other responsibility by customer caused
customer will be charged for the shipping costs of both sending or returning.
PRE-ORDER
If the product is marked as "Pre-ordered Product", we will notify the customer and arrange the delivery time within 24 hours after the product is stored in the warehouse.
STATUS
After shipment, we will update status on the order and will send noctice through WhatsApp or email to customer.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of duties and taxes. At this moment, all custom duties and import taxes will be paid on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which also applies to orders that qualify for free shipping.
These charges will be based on the total merchandise value and shipping destination before any discounts have been applied. Please note these charges are collected by your local customs’ authorities, and therefore are non-refundable.
DELIVERED DUTY UNPAID
Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) is an international trade term indicating that the seller is responsible for the safe delivery of goods to a named destination, paying all transportation expenses and assuming all risks during transport. Once the goods arrive at the agreed-upon location, the buyer becomes responsible for paying import duties, as well as further transport costs (if any).
